Built first for Florida construction companies. The same app runs a jewelry store, a service company and a computer shop. Office on a computer, crews and staff on their phones, customers in a web page. We build the box, install the app, and support it.
One app, four kinds of company. You pick the kind when you set it up and the menus, the wording and the switches follow. The owner can change it later; nothing is deleted.
General contractors, remodelers, roofers, and any trade that bids, builds and bills. Estimates, contracts, permits and inspections, crews, subs, change orders, draws, lien waivers, storm season, the books.
Inventory by tag number, printed or handwritten, with a barcode gun or the phone camera. Receiving from wholesalers with memo as a toggle, counts, tags, the staff app. Next: the counter with your own card terminal, repair tickets with a bench queue, an online store that sells from the same inventory, and the cash and anti-money-laundering records.
Roofers run on the construction side today. For air conditioning and plumbing, the service half is being built: a dispatch board for the day's calls, the next call on the tech's phone, a flat-rate price book with good, better and best at the door, payment at the door or by office invoice, maintenance agreements with scheduled visits, truck stock, and the customer's equipment on file.
Parts with serial numbers, a build sheet per box, warranty claims and returns, support tickets with a knowledge base, and a subscriptions screen. It is the profile we will run our own company on.
Every kind shares the same core: customers, the inbox, texting and email, the customer portal, online payments, the books, bank import, payroll, the staff app, reports, exports and backups. Every screen in English and Spanish.
Everything in one place: customers, estimates, contracts, jobs, crews, invoices, payments and the books, from the first phone call to the last payment.
For the owner and the office. Sales, estimates, contracts, scheduling, invoices, books, payroll and reports.
For employees and subcontractors, on their phones. GPS clock-in, daily logs with photos, punch lists, change orders signed in the field. In a store it is the staff app: clock-in, the schedule, the bench queue. Works offline, syncs later.
For your clients. See the estimate, sign the contract, pay the deposit, follow the job, pay the invoice. Free, no limit.
One box, one license. No per-user cloud bill and no fee per AI use. Export everything, any time.
It runs on a computer in your office, not in someone else's cloud. The AI helpers run on the box too. Nothing leaves the building.
Contract wording, lien rules, notice to owner, permits, storm season mode and sales tax are already in it. Rule packs for 13 more states. Every screen in English and Spanish.
The crew app and the customer portal keep working even if the office internet drops. An always-on pair survives a machine failing.
Every feature is a switch: turn on what you use, hide the rest. These lists are the construction set; who it is for says what a store or a service company gets on top.
A subscription for the software. Hardware is sold separately, see below. Prices as of October 2026, in US dollars.
| What | Monthly | Billed yearly (20% off) |
|---|---|---|
| Office license, one per company, includes 3 office seats | $149 / month | $119 / month |
| Extra office seat, each one past the third (owner, admin, office, accountant, estimator, project manager, salesperson) | $55 / month | $44 / month |
| Crew seat, each person in the crew app (crew lead, crew, subcontractor) | $20 / month | $16 / month |
| Customer portal | Free, no limit | Free |
Crew discount (crew seats only): 1 to 15 crew, none. 16 to 40 crew, 15% off the crew seats. 41 and more, 25% off. Only active people count: deactivate a person and the seat stops.
Example: office license + 2 extra office seats + 10 crew = $149 + $110 + $200 = $459 a month, or $367 a month billed yearly.
Yearly billing is paid once a year by card, or by check (we send you a license file). Seats can change any time, up or down. Cancel any time.
Every tier runs the whole app. Going up the tiers buys faster AI, then room for more people. Pick by how much AI you want and how many people you have. Tier 4 is the one most companies should buy
| Tier | Box | What's inside | AI it gets | Best for | Price, install included | Free months |

Prices are ranges because used parts are priced the day we buy them. You get a firm quote before we build. Minimum to run the app: 2 cores, 16 GB, 256 GB SSD. Comfortable with AI: 8 cores, 64 GB, a 24 GB graphics card.
Neither applies to hardware bought elsewhere. You can run The Assistant on your own computer if it meets the minimum; we still install and support it.
If payment stops: 10 days of warnings, then the office screens turn read-only until it is paid. The crew app, the customer portal, the schedule, existing invoices and exports keep working. Nothing is ever deleted and the app never stops.
