Privacy
This website
This site has no accounts, no cookies, no tracking and no analytics of ours. It is plain pages hosted on GitHub Pages, which keeps the usual web server logs (your address and the page you asked for) under GitHub's privacy statement.
When you buy
- Checkout and card handling are done by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- We keep what we need to bill and support you: your name, your company name, email, phone, billing address, what you bought, your license id and your Stripe customer id. Our billing service runs on a computer we own, not in a cloud service.
- We send you receipts, renewal notices and support replies by email. We do not send marketing email unless you asked for it, and you can stop it any time.
- We do not sell or share your details with anyone, other than Stripe for billing and the parts suppliers' warranty when a part needs replacing.
Inside the app
- The Assistant runs on your box, in your office. Your customers, jobs, invoices, photos, books, payroll and everything else stay there. We do not receive them.
- The AI helpers run on the box too. What you type and what they draft never leaves your building.
- Once a day the box asks our web address for its license file and the current version. That request carries nothing about your business, only the request itself and your box's address, like any web page visit.
- Remote support only works while you have turned it on, and you see when we are connected. We do not keep copies of your data after a support session.
- Services you connect yourself from inside the app (email, texting, card payments for your customers, ads) are under those services' own privacy terms. The app tells you what each one is for before you connect it.
Your customers and your crew
You are the one holding your customers' and employees' data on your box. The app helps you do that properly: it keeps consent records for texting, strips location data from photos before they are shared, and lets you export or delete a person's records. What you do with that data is between you and them.
Your rights
Ask us at any time to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it once you are no longer a customer and the records we must keep for tax are past their date. Write to the address below.
Children
This site and the app are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes, and we tell customers by email if the change matters to them.
